What is a Philadelphia Eagles SBL (Stadium Builder License)? A Philadelphia Eagles SBL (Stadium Builder License) allow the person or organization the right to secure season tickets for a particular seat at Lincoln Financial Field, in Philadelphia, PA. On occasion, the person or organization that has the rights to the seat(s) may no longer want to purchase season tickets. When that is the case, the owner of the rights to the SBL must then either choose to sell the SBL to someone or else they will forfeit the SBL back to the Philadelphia Eagles and receive nothing in return. Since that is not a desired outcome. they will try to sell them. Needless to say, those SBLs are extremely valuable.

When Do Stadium Builder Licenses expire? SBLs never expire. The one caveat is that the owner of the Stadium Builder Licenses must continue to purchase season tickets, year in, year out. As long as the SBL owner continues to buy season tickets, they have the rights to those seats as long as the Philadelphia Eagles continue to play their home games at Lincoln Financial Field.

Which areas of Lincoln Financial Field offer Stadium Builder Licenses? SBLs are necessary for all of the following seats:

Every seat in the lower level

All seats in the club level in the following specific sections: C1, C21, C22, and C40

The first five rows (the balcony) of the East club level sections C20 and C23

The first five rows (the balcony) of the second level

The seats in the club level might also necessitate SBLs.

Do the Philadelphia Eagles offer a Transfer Period for SBLs? You, you may look to transfer your Stadium Builders License at any time. The transfer usually does not result in any delay, except if the transfer happens to take place during the process of distributing tickets to SBL owners. The Philadelphia Eagles have a requirement that the owner of an SBL must retain the ownership for a period of at least one year. Once a year has passed, the owner of the SBL may transfer its right to someone else at any time.

How complicated is the Philadelphia Eagles SBL Transfer Process? The transfer process of the SBL is rather straightforward. The buyer and seller each need to fill out an SBL Transfer Request Packet. After the packet has been filled out by both parties, it needs to then be sent to the Philadelphia Eagles Ticket Office. For those people or organizations that are transfering a Club SBL, that SBL Transfer Request Packet will also need to include a Club Lease Transfer Form.

Do the Philadelphia Eagles charge a fee for transferring the ownership of an SBL? No, the Eagles do not charge a fee for such transfer. However, the buyer and seller of the SBL exchange can work out any pricing arrangement that they agree to. People sometimes want to sell their rights. You can find Stadium Business Licenses for sale. Below are several SBLs for sale:
